Ordering at www.needlerun.com is easy. Just select the items you want to shop, enter your shipping address, payment information and you are done.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation call, an email, and a text message from www.needlerun.com. The email will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.

An easy way to calculate your size is to use our Size Guide. Please note that same-size garments may still vary depending on fit. Needle Runfollows the standard body measurement lists, based on average body measurements for all sizes. For some products, we specify measurements in cm/inches on the product page to give you an understanding of the model or fit for that specific garment. Note that these measurements may vary a few centimeters up and down depending on the material used in its production. OR All products are sold according to different sizing. As sizes vary between designers, for a hassle-free shopping experience we have provided each designer’s size chart separately that you can easily find on every product’s page.

We do not reserve a product once you add it to your cart. To ensure that your desired product does not run out of stock, check out quickly to secure your purchase!

Currently, we offer the following payment options: Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Cart (We accept all MasterCard and Visa cards) Jazz Cash.

As per State Bank policy, your CNIC number will be required for orders above PKR 50,000 in value. This will not have any effect on order processing time or delivery. Once you place an order, we will call you to obtain your CNIC information.

If the product is out of stock, Needle Run gives you the option to reciprocate by entering the email id on the product page so that you get an email if all the products are back in stock.

You can check the status of your order through the courier service company’s tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched by them. Such services send a tracking link to you via SMS.

We are unable to combine orders, add pieces, change the size and billing address to an existing order once it has been placed.

Delivery

Currently, we do not offer COD for international orders. International customers can pay through:

  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • Western Union
  • Cresit/Debit Card

Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from the date you place your order. Please note, during the holiday season, processing and shipping may take longer than 3-5 working days.

  • International – Varies from country to country based on weight

Shipping charges do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Return and Exchange

At Needle Run, we ensure that you don’t face any issues with the product when you receive your order. However, in cases where you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges.
